It is party time!!! Green m*m's and margaritas - oh maybe just shots!!!! GUESS WHY???? OUR JADE IS BACK WITH US!!! You can see her on here and on the ning site as Jade-Susan!!!! She will be teaching her usual courses on Reflexology, Dreams, Reiki, and there are more! You'll find them listed under the Healing section over in the curriculum! Jade is an administrator here on Broom-Riders.dw -- as a brat elder she has those voting rites! *giggling* And she is also administrating over on the ning.com site -- so if you need help, you can look for Scarlett, Jassmine, Rebecca, or Jade and sometimes you'll find Meriwen on-line!

- Broom-Riders.dw was developed out of the Disorderly Witches.net conglomeration!!! The witch teachers are proud to re-open the school, following a rather lengthy, but much needed, tho' disorderly hiatus!!!
In developing the school's curriculum, our purpose has become to further our knowledge and reach out to others! In keeping the curriculum practical and broad streamed we have courses in the study of Divination and Energy Work, Herbalism , Aromatherapy, Communication, and the popular areas of magick and history!
We also have the fabulous opportunity of having a variety of authors, psychics, and community leaders put their time and energy into the school teaching!!! The courses they bring will allow us to extend our knowledge -- and the opportunities to learn about ourselves and indeed to learn about others as well!
Everyone is welcome to enroll and study here at Broom-Riders.dw. The only thing we ask is that they practice a high standard of ethics and honesty. If you cannot conduct yourself up to the standards of a Disorderly Witch, then do not bother to attempt to become a part of this community of witches. Enough said, or Scarlett will take ALL the green m*m's and run away on a destination undefined road trip!!!!

we are getting some place tho'!!! We are more organized -- and we have updated the software! Whoo hoo! We also updated the look of the site -- it is cleaner and simpler!! We would have liked something a little less yellow/green but, sometimes you just gotta go with what you can find!  There are several of the courses that are just on hold right now -- just while we are getting moved -- settled -- and then familiarized and we make sure we won't crash everything! We'd love some more volunteers for teaching and course writing!! And there are other things on the site you can volunteer to mess around in too!! The bigger we get, the more help we need -- so think about it, and if you want to help in some way, talk to one of the administrators!!  In the meantime, enjoy everything -- chatter away -- and have fun over on Broom-riders.ning.com too!! Administrative brats . . . .  |

Witch = Wise One
Witchcraft is a practice, not a religion. The practice of herbal use, healing, augury and, at times, magickal workings. Spirituality is a part of the practice - the recognition of dieties being both male and female, including all that is found in nature as well.
There are a variety of paths that the Craft has branched to -- from the strega in Italy, to the hedgewitch in the mountains of West Virginia, to the Grannies, who are witches, of the Ozarks in Missouri . . . all have the common factor of practicing the craft - they are the master healer, the teacher, the advisor.
